Parkview Apartments - Brisbane

The apartment was spacious and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen for cooking. It's perfectly located near shops and transport links, making everything accessible.

Welcome base for discovering Brisbane with very pleasant staff with my request for delayed car park departure.

I truly enjoyed the stay. The whole place was fairly clean and the staff were fairly friendly and superfriendly. The location was particularly good and perfect: shopping centres and a market were within walking distance. The hotel was a good home base for enjoying a super nice area...

I had well priced room with balcony overlooking park. I had a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a fridge. The location was marvellous and easy, a 10-15 minute walking distance from South Bank Parklands.

The room was also upgraded to a king size bed and available with good facilities. A microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge were a plus.

There was mould in the bathroom and dirty dishes in the cupboard. I even had to clean the sofa bed myself before I could sleep on it. Disappointing!

Exceptionally clean and very affordable rooms, I had wonderful experience.

The apartment was roomy and the kitchen was well equipped. We had a corner room on the top floor so the balcony and view were nice.

General maintenance of the apartment should have been better considering the cost. Some appliances and electronics did not work. Noise from the street and the transients in the park across the street was disruptive. TV reception and channel selection was poor. Bed was not comfortable. Furniture did not match and the art work was unconventional and slightly disturbing.

The location was a major plus, making it easy to access local shops and attractions. I found my apartment to be quite spacious and well-laid out, which provided a comfortable stay. The room was clean upon arrival, and I appreciated the amenities like good air conditioning and a decent TV for relaxation after a long day exploring.

Location is very handy to the Brisbane Exhuibition centre. Apartments are comfortable. Glad they have new management now

I recently enjoyed three nights in a One-Bedroom Apartment, and I must say it was comfortable! The full kitchen allowed me to prepare my meals effortlessly, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in. I also loved lounging by the outdoor swimming pool after a busy day!

Parking and Washing facilities were free. Studio was compact but extremely clean and tidy.

We thought the adverising for this complex was very misleading. The photos showed Full kitchens with laundry facilities and stated "Parkview Apartment Kitchen" When we booked it stated we had a "Studio Apartment" so that coupled with the writeup stating "All Apartments" have washing Machine, lead us to believe we had a kitchen and laundry. What we actually got was a 2 element portable cooker, kitchenette and had to walk down to the basement carpark to use the washing machine. Advertising also stated "All Apartments with Park or City Views", we were on the ground floor with a view of the back car entry block wall. We are regular weekend travellers and believe this studio room is more a $100 per night room than $140. As we have stayed in nicer, better equiped apartments in the heart of the CBD for less. So this one not considered value for money.

Location suited our trip. Close to airport link and city centre.

The studio was spacious. The indoor plants added a refreshing touch to the decor. The accessibility to nearby parks was a significant advantage for our children. We found the neighborhood to be vibrant, with plenty of local cafes within walking distance.

The bathroom fixtures showed signs of wear, disappointing.
